Gyeon sets new standards in terms of ceramic-based coatings. While developing our product range, we have strived to be as innovative as possible. That led us to the first fully functional textile protectant containing SiO₂.

SELF-CLEANING

Q² Fabricoat keeps woven fabrics and textiles cleaner longer, and also helps them be easy to clean.  The coating is superhydrophobic, which means it “throws” water and liquids off fabric and textiles so that contaminants do not soak into the upholstery. A high-pressure rinse once a month can be enough to keep the fabric clean and looking great.

UV PROTECTION

Q² FabricCoat is the first fully functional textile protectant containing SiO2. It creates an invisible coating that protects fabrics from dirt, liquids and harmful UV rays. These elements can fade fabrics and diminish their quality. FabricCoat will give fabrics good coverage and excellent protection for up to 6 months.

BEST PRACTICE AND PRO-TIPS

Apply two regular layers of Q² FabricCoat on a clean and completely dry surface. Do not overdose. It is better to apply two layers than one very thick layer. Cover surrounding elements, because overspray is very difficult to remove.

Be careful while not slowing down the application process, because this is a quick drying product.
