Jescar Correcting Compound

Machine polishing compound developed using an advanced formula for elimination of minimum P1500 grit sanding marks on fresh paint. Suitable for all paint systems and fiberglass gelcoat. Can be used with wool or foam pads on either a rotary or dual action polishing machine. Silicone-free and safe for all paint areas.

Most good compounds effectively remove heavy defects, but what sets Jescar Correcting Compound apart from other compounds is their ability to finish down to a high gloss. It is important to get a good finish during the compounding stage so that the final polishing looks even better. Jescar has had some paints finish down so well during the compounding stage that no finish polishing was necessary

To get the best results out of the Jescar Heavy Correction Compound, we recommend teaming it up with either a Meguiar's Microfiber Cutting Disc, or a Rupes Wool Compounding Pad. This will get you the maximum cut, and then it should be followed up with a finish polishing stage using Jescar Micro Finishing Polish and a finishing pad, or the Sonax Perfect Finish and a finishing pad

On harder paints, the Jescar Heavy Correction Compound would work well as a one-step when teamed up with a Rupes Yellow Polishing Pad.
