SR1 3Ddesign Warrants that the R1 Carbon Ristretto 512 e-bike seat will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How to File a Warranty Claim:
Provide Proof of Purchase – A receipt or order confirmation is required. Submit Photos – Send clear images of the issue for evaluation. Evaluation & Resolution – If approved, we will either:
What’s Covered:
Manufacturing defects in stitching, seams, or padding. Material defects such as cracking, peeling, or premature wear (under normal use). Structural failures of the seat base or mounting hardware.
Repair the seat (if possible). Replace the seat with a new one. Offer a partial refund if a replacement isn’t available.
What’s Not Covered:
Normal wear & tear (leather aging, slight fading, minor creases). Damage from improper installation, excessive weight, or reckless riding. Environmental damage (sun exposure, water damage, mold). Accidental or intentional damage (scratches, cuts, burns, modifications). Damage from unauthorized repairs or alterations.
Shipping Costs:
